SMS Terms and Conditions

Office 21 Ltd Effective date: 14 July 2026 Version: 1.0

These terms govern our SMS (text message) programme. By opting in to receive text messages from Office 21 Ltd (“Office 21”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these terms.

Programme description

Office 21 sends SMS messages to individuals who have opted in, for service, account, appointment, support, and related notifications connected with the IT services we provide or that you have enquired about. We do not send SMS for unrelated third-party marketing.

Opt-in and consent

You opt in by providing your mobile telephone number and agreeing to receive text messages from us (for example through an online form, in writing, or as part of an agreed service relationship). You confirm that you are the account holder or have authority to consent for the number provided. We do not require you to consent to SMS as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us and the services you receive.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and price plan. Office 21 does not charge for the messages themselves, but your carrier’s standard rates apply.

Opting out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further programme messages unless you opt in again. You can also contact us at dpo@o21.uk to be removed.

Help

For help, reply HELP to any message, email dpo@o21.uk, or call 0204 553 0000.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Privacy and data sharing

We handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://o21.uk/privacy-policy/. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in and consent data are never sold or shared. We only share mobile information with the sub-processors that operate our messaging platform so that messages can be delivered on our behalf.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date and version above indicate the current version. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
