Office 21 Ltd Referral Program Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: This program is open to all individuals over the age of 18. Participants must be business customers only.
Program Duration: The referral program begins in May 2024 and will end in July 2024. Office 21 reserves the right to extend the duration of the program at its discretion.
Referral Process: To participate, the referred business must mention the name of the referrer when initiating contact with Office 21 and state that they were recommended to our services. Failure to do so may result in a disqualification from the referral program.
Reward Details: The referrer will receive a reward of either cash or an Amazon voucher for each successful referral, as defined by these terms. The specific type of reward will be determined by Office 21 at its sole discretion.
Conditions for Receiving Rewards: A referral will be deemed successful if the referred client signs a recurring contract with Office 21 and remains a customer for at least six months. Rewards will be issued automatically after this period. Referred clients must not be current or past customers of Office 21, nor should they be in active negotiations or contact with Office 21 at the time of the referral.
Exclusions: Office 21 reserves the right to refuse service to any business that does not meet our service requirements or standards. Such a business will not be eligible for referral rewards under this program.
Privacy and Data Protection: Personal information collected during the program will be used in accordance with Office 21’s privacy policy. Participants must ensure they have consent from their referrals to share their contact information with Office 21.
Dispute Resolution: Disputes related to the referral program should be directed to Office 21’s customer service at [email protected] or 02045530000. All disputes will be governed and construed in accordance with UK law.
Limitations of Liability: Office 21 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from participating in the program, including but not limited to failure of electronic communications, unauthorized access, and technical failures.
Intellectual Property: Participants are not permitted to use Office 21’s logos, trademarks, or any branded materials without explicit written permission from Office 21.
Tax Compliance: All rewards are subject to applicable tax laws. Recipients are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes related to reward receipt.
Changes to the Program: Office 21 reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Changes may include, but are not limited to, modifications to the terms and conditions, reward amounts, and eligibility criteria.
Miscellaneous: This referral program is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Participation in the program constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions. Participants must acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms before participating.
